PREPARING FOR A SHOOT
When Making a Booking…

Make sure you enter the correct details when completing the booking page. Please note you may be liable to pay a cancellation/rescheduling fee if the appointment is cancelled/rescheduled due to any problems arising from incomplete or incorrect information provided by the client.

After completing your booking, check the confirmation email and make sure all the details of your order are correct. If you don’t get a confirmation email, please call us on +1 (713) 364-3068 or email us at contact@visualizeteam.com to make sure your booking’s gone through successfully and that your contact details are correct.

Make sure you are aware of our Terms and Conditions of Service before making a booking. Please note that you are automatically agreeing to them every time you book with us.

If you need to cancel/reschedule, make sure you do so at least 12 hours before the appointment for standard services and at least 4 hours prior for deluxe services, to avoid any late cancellation/rescheduling fees.

Make sure to let us know about any relevant information regarding access instructions and/or special requirements prior to the appointment.
